Love relationship based on neediness and attachment.

I love you and it means I need you to be with me. I need you to fill me up with happiness. I need you to cheer me up. I am very empty and unhappy that’s why I need you to make my life better. I feel incomplete until the day you come into my life and complete me.

Any relationship means the energy exchange between individuals. We are not just advanced animal being with strong reptilian brain influence; we are very advance spiritual beings who need to stand up for our own responsibility of life. And relationship is the most important area to developing our spiritual side.

I know this is an elusive answer; but this is the only way to grow our spiritual side within love relationship – Unconditional Love

The foundation of unconditional love located at our heart (anahata) and throat (vishudda) chakra. This is energized by communication.

Unconditional love needs no role playing or dogma based on society rules. Man should be like this and woman should be like that……it is old fashion you know
Leave behind that old patterns and limiting beliefs. You must be who you are, not your partner. This will create many areas for growth.
The energy of unconditional will says: I love you for who you are. I accept you. I encourage all the supports in your growth to what you will become . It is also energy in yourselves at the same time says: I love and accept myself for who I am and what I will become. I allow myself to grow and explore my beings to transform become all I will be

There must be an ability to share joy, happiness and laughter, to exchange much unconditional love energy. This must be balanced with sharing and support during growth experiences, challenges and releasing. It needs communication and the problem blocked in this area may cause throat chakra problem. This will lead to heart chakra and the difficulties to enter unconditional love state. There must be willingness to work out with finding methods to find balance in some issues, problems that are not being met. Any unsolved problem that not communicates well in honest and truthful manners will give it less than unconditional love.

The most important is the shared commitment to maintaining the relationship. Elements of joy are essential, whether: earthy activities, spirituality, insight, and common sexual interest. More the same interests and values in those areas will be a good channeling activity for unconditional love.

For unconditional love there is simply a need to create a balance of energies that will benefit all, and let all engaged to have their needs met and considered when creating the shared reality.

Our partner in a love relationship or anyone who shares reality with us, serve as teacher or mirror for us in our spiritual growth.

It is mostly happen issues and problem arises in the relationship are signs for us to look within ourselves whether we have release the old patterns that no longer serve in a positive way or still deep down buried in the unconscious level.
It is no time pointing our finger towards your partner about your development problem.
Think that as a learning point of view and respect them for their roles in helping you in your spiritual development.

Our dance was just like a union of two souls in the cosmic oneness.

There were no you and I left. The time when our meeting has become a sacred communion with the universe, no past, no future, time has only present. My body, my mind, my soul has transformed into the merging within you.

It’s neither a mild approach nor gentle encounter.  It has intensity that pushed us to go beyond our unknown part. When sex has become pure and honest, there is no need to pretend and manipulating. Sex is a merely celebration between our soul, as the source of creation. It was wild, intense and probing. It was natural and awakening.

There was no I anymore when I lose myself in you. I was aware of every touch you came into my body. The moment we were made for each other, two souls in complete dance with the universe.

I could feel your fingers digging deep into my skin. I could feel your body thrusting me with all the intensity. The pain flowed inside with my blood, swirling and taking me to the journey of myself; to the reality that I have not seen before.

I dance through my fear, my desperation and drifting to the darkest part of myself. The layers dropped and the journey has taken me to remove one by one of my images. Through the pain, I found myself surrendered. Through the pain I trusted you even more to take me into this realm. I felt liberated, my soul feels free. I gained back the femininity, my Yin quality shining. I feel to be as a real woman and I rebirth again.

For the pain was so intense and mingled with pleasure. I felt you inside me and me inside your Soul. I allowed you to go deeper in me, feel me and taste my Soul.

It was rough, unpretending.  It was a meeting of two polarity energy; explode and untamed. It was a moment when sex has become the chamber of our Souls.

The merging of our souls is the sacred communion when there is no dualism anymore. I am man and woman. Masculine and feminine. Dark and Light. Angel and Devil.

I am the Universe.

The illusion of our separateness has dissolved.

Your partner will become a mirror, and through him you will be able to know yourself.

Love affairs has become something very interesting and yet complex issues in human lives. A man and woman are very different creatures that tend to attracts when they have so much thing in differentiation. You will always attract to someone whom you think very different with yourself. It creates a strange curiosity in you and slowly you develop interest on him. Interestingly, you will attract on someone with qualities that you don’t have yourself. The purpose of love relationship is the melting and union of two opposites becomes one, to complete the whole purpose of creation and perfection.

Many people don’t realize that our partner is the mirror of your state of consciousness at the moment. The universe works in a mysterious and funny way. Our purpose in life is to gain understanding about ourselves and evolve as beings. Once you move into higher realm of your level of consciousness; you will attracts surrounding with same qualities around you. It could be new friends and new lover. You will attract a love partner that will mirror and challenge your inner quality.

Men and women have unconscious issues that sometimes have been overlooked or prefer not to be seen in the reality. An insecure woman will attract man with same problem and manifested by childish and immature behavior. Someone who has fear about intimacy will attract the other with same problem too, manifested by a person who has difficulties in commitment. Strangely, once your consciousness level changes, so your partner, it might be your old ones with changing consciousness too or could be just totally new partner.

Look at your partner eyes, let your partner be your mirror, you will see your unconscious quality of you. You will see your fear, your hidden obsession, your desire, your sadness that has been suppressed for so long. You will see the ugliness of you and wondering if that your lover fault. Love relationship has opened us to the deeper level of our soul. Go beyond intimacy, layer by layer, you will reveal yourself. In the uneasiness process, you will start thinking and find something to blame outside. It must be your lover imperfection or your relationship doesn’t fit well, you don’t belong each other, and again the same repeating old cycle happened; you are not happy and think that maybe better you call off this relationship and move to find somebody suitable for you. Sadly, this process will repeat again, until and only when you move together in deep meditative relationship, only compassion and awareness will stop you from this never ending circle.

Only in the love relationship, men and women by time will reveal their honest and truest quality. By time you will not be able to maintain your ‘want to be image’. The pain, the ugliness, the fear all will come up to the surface then you will start to yell each other and love turn to hatred. Love and hatred are same actually; same intensity and quality. You wonder of why by being alone you such a cool person than suddenly being with someone has turn you into jealousy and obsessive person? Yes by being alone you don’t have a mirror to see your face. Being with someone and he is reflecting your face, now you know that you still have those things and only suppress them. Funny, a woman like this will attract a man who will always challenge her into jealousy and anger.

A man who fears intimacy because he doesn’t want getting hurt; he will seeks endlessly and involves in the love affairs. He is longing for love, to feel in love but when love finally arises surround him, he starts to freak out and put some distance. This kind of man will also attract a woman with similar problem about insecurity and their relationship will be vulnerable and lack of trust.

Just step out when all those feeling arises within you, observe and accept that you still have fear, anger, jealousy, pain etc. Don’t suppress that and feel guilty about neither yourself nor pointing the finger towards your lover and put the entire burden on him. Now it is time to be meditative and observe all those emotion. Be grateful for your partner since he is there to be your mirror.

Remember about law of attraction; you will attract a person with similar quality as you. Even you might argue and said but my partner is totally different with me. Maybe yes outside quality but inside unconsciously he or she is you.

You will be surprise when you become patient and observe of all those things; then you will be able to detach between you and the emotion. More you observe more you detach and suddenly in the beautiful morning you will see your partner eyes to find only love, compassion and friendship there. You will see your face reflected there; pure, glowing, beautiful without any stain of those old things that has been suffered you.

So your partner; he sees nothing in your eyes only his purity and glowing face. The love relationship has evolved and changes into the higher realm, more conscious with more loving quality.

The joy of love is the exploration of consciousness. Love is not a relationship. Love is relating. It is always a river, flowing, unending. Love is a constant adventure. –OSHO

Human beings have created a lifestyle in which Love has become a property. Something that you will possessed and controlled over your capability. Love is something of most people accomplishes what they think they require by trading. They trade what they already have for what they seek to have. This is an illusion what we called Love.

Sometimes we confuse the idea of love and need. You need the presence of someone in order to fulfill your happiness; then we will do almost anything to get it. We often heard in the love story or movies, the dialogue between two lovers; “You complete me”. “You are my other half”. Now, that idea has given us perception that we “need” someone or something outside to make us feel complete and happy as a human being. How can you love the other if you feel incomplete about yourself? How can you share the joy of love if you haven’t had enough in yourself? Instead, you desperately need a continuous affection from outside to make you feel secured and loved.

Suffering comes from the expectation. Expectation reduces freedom and freedom is the essence of love. Love always gives the greatest gift. By loving your partner not for what he can give you, but simply for the freedom whom he is; and this is a greatest gift you could give them. It is also a freedom of becoming who you are and not seeking approval from the other in order to make you feel loved. We can drop our expectation when we don’t require a person to show up as we imagine we need them to be. This is only happening when we love ourselves exactly as we are. How can we experience that we don’t allow others to experience? We don’t place limitations on them; yet we place limitation on ourselves.

Love is relating, means a process of continuously trying to explore each other. Marriage or declaration of your love relationship doesn’t mean anything related to love. Most people thought that marriage is the answer to keep love forever between them. In fact, when we start to think that marriage is the final process of love, then it’s time for love to leave us forever. When we are in love, we will feel possessed by the unknown power that takes us away from our secure place. We know by getting in love means we will open our heart to the possibility of getting hurt. Instead of let ourselves embraced by love to take us into the new journey and adventure; we try to secure love and preserve it by what we calling marriage. Marriage becomes our nest to keep love forever inside.

The nature of love is a freedom, like a river flowing that will lead you to the unravel world of mystery. When you are in love, you will explore each other personality and Soul. It is a never ending process to see deeper into his inner feelings and his Being. He becomes a mirror to you. When you go deeper on him, you will see and exploring yourself too. In every layer you will reveal your own consciousness. What you find it’s the mirror of your own Being; and love becomes a meditation and Enlightenment.

In many of marriage life, people stop to explore love. They don’t see each other eyes anymore, and assume that we have known our partner well. Love dies, when the exploration to the inside journey finished. Let love take you to the new journey; to the unknown world that will lead you to the new experience and wisdom. When you start to institutionalize love and put limitation on it, -in order to preserve it with you; love will be but trade love.

You can have a commitment or marry someone you love, but it should come from the heart with full of awareness, and not from fear. Living in Love, always find the ways of loving each other and being each other. Remember that you are perfect already as human being; you don’t need anything outside to fulfill you.

On the other hand, share your love, share your joy and share your Soul to the other. Give yourself totally and never ask in return. Feel the moment a higher quality of intimacy when you free yourself from fear and expectation. You may share your dreams, your goals together. Never put restriction on your beloved ones; grow with him emotionally, spiritually and let love grows within you. If at the end the journey take each of you to the different road, it is okay. Be grateful for the wisdom and joy you have shared each other along the time. Bless him and continue with your journey. Love is everywhere and our heart contains so much love to share.

You are freely to define of who you are and who you choose to be. It doesn’t have to transform into desire to control or possess over him. When you love compassionately and work through whatever challenges may present between you; you have given Love the freedom to grow which might take you to the wonderful opportunity to explore the world together.

When I gaze the beauty of starry night in silence. I exist. When I feel the presence of all beings, planets, galaxies, animals, plants around me and I know we are all connected, therefore I exist.

When I understand the sense of separateness is an illusion, I exist. When I allowing myself to receive the greatest gift from the Universe, always feeling at home….I exist.

World outside is not my home. When I go home inside, therefore I exist…

EXISTENCE

But there are two patterns similarity amongst the road. First is celibacy or restrain of the world senses intake. Second is a tantric life

The first option required us to be discipline to limit the 5 senses stimulation through body experience. Discipline gained through fasting, long meditation, no sexual activity, limited material possession. We know that temptation such as desire, obsession come from outside through all our senses. What we seek, hear, smell, taste, touch all are illusion and entrapment for our Inner Self. People tend to forget their Divine Source and stumblingly seek after outside pleasure. Forgotten all the game that we have created and losing our self in the game.

Body when receives very limited stimulation will lose control over the Soul, and become weaker. Mind depend on body; weaker body, less thought since there;s no energy to feed the mind especially for excessive thinking that could create desires.
It seems like a suffering process, But this way could lead to the liberation of desire and freedom. Eventually it will take you to the real joy and compassion.

The second way is requiring human to live their life fullest and achieve their dream. Human is manifestation of God and God create us to be Its Mirror to reflect Its Greatness and Perfection. We live in the 3rd dimension with all sensuality sensation of our physical body.

Who create the world? what the limit of the Universes? The limit of the Universes is as the limit of human mind……..which means; unlimited.

We all create our life and we will always be in creation process since we are the part of The Grand Master game. World has been created as our playground.  What game that we play ? The game that will lead us to understand ourselves better. What kind of joy? the joy that will lead us to be grateful and willing to share to others.

By daring to live and achieving our dream. By taking challenge and using our gut feeling. By not afraid of losing and stumbling down, bleeding, suffering but only to stand up again and keep walk towards our dream without losing appreciation of our present journey…..we will go for our enlightenment. We are not going anywhere because we are Here in our Home already. Just our journey, experience that turn into wisdom has made us realize that all the process is to make ourselves understand better.

The material world and all the sensuality are illusion, yes that’s right. But who create those illusion? we create that. For what? To play and enjoy without losing the understanding the rules of the game.  To learn about enjoyment without desire to possess and attachment. Life as a wheel. Sometimes up and down. When we are in the top of the world, celebrate and share to others. Bless people with your joy. Spread love and dance. When we lose everything we have such as our beloved ones, wealth, fame……just letting go and be compassionate. It would be time to go inside and relax your being.

Some people will think, that this road to enlightenment is easier than the first one. But in my opinion based on my experience. The second option is the hardest one. For me to be spiritual aware in the path, easier when we restrain our body from all outside influences.  Gradually I lose interest of world possessed, ambition, money and sex. I feel liberated, calm and happy.

The second way is more challenging. Because I let my self indulge all in the hedonistic activities meanwhile must keep the awareness nside me.

Meditation in daily activity. How to celebrate without possessing. How to make love without attachment. How to enjoy money without greed and lust. How to be success and achieve all my dream without obsession. The temptation is very high and could easily swing your life.

But now, I choose the second option. I love life. I love world, love, sensuality, money, beauty and I want to fulfilled my life with the best I can do because I am the Creator of my Reality.

It will give me a new experience and step closer to the understanding of my Self. Experience turning to Wisdom. The wisdom of love, joy and compassion. Benefiting myself towards others. And hopefully others will benefit my presence as human being in this world
